Psychiatric Nurse HF 80-100 %
Your tasks
- Care, support, and assistance of clients with psychiatric illnesses in the home environment
- Implementation of psychiatric nursing according to the nursing process
- Promotion of clients' independence, resources, and stability
- Close cooperation with doctors, therapists, and other specialist agencies
- Professional nursing documentation and reporting
- Independent planning of assignments
- Crisis intervention and counseling of relatives
- Participation in the further development of the psychiatric nursing area
What you bring
- Completed training as a nurse HF with a focus on psychiatry
- Professional experience in the psychiatric field, ideally in Spitex
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
- High social competence, resilience, and empathy
- Good communication skills
- Own vehicle and driver's license category B
