Job Description
- Provide care to elderly people suffering from psychiatric disorders
- Be able to identify and prevent crisis situations and manage them if necessary
- Participate in therapeutic and medical measures by mastering delegated treatments and observing the clinical evolution of the patient
- Develop an individualized care approach (nurse's own role)
- Collect information; analyze it; make a nursing diagnosis; determine care objectives; implement appropriate actions; evaluate them and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain and develop daily living activities (hygiene, comfort, relationships).
- Ensure and master technical care
- Propose improvements to optimize the quality of care in psychogeriatrics
- Maintain excellent collaboration within a multidisciplinary team as well as with various regional partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience desirable
- Ideally qualified by a CAS in psychogeriatrics
- Knowledge of the regional care network
- Comfortable using computer tools
- Interest in interdisciplinary work
- Ability to work independently.
- Sense of responsibility and good priority management
- Flexibility, motivation, and good team spirit
- Ability to integrate and adapt
