The Dielsdorf Health Center is a specialized care institution with around 430 employees in the Zurich lowlands and ensures care at nursing places for the 22 political municipalities of the Dielsdorf district with approx. 90,000 inhabitants. With over 200 beds, the inpatient offer of general long-term care is complemented by specialized treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and the focus on dementia.
The Regional Spitex forms an important part of the care offer. It provides outpatient services for the five contract municipalities. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.
- Independent identification, structuring, and prioritization of project and development topics as well as active shaping of the project landscape
- Management and operational implementation of projects from various fields
(organization, processes, digitization, software introductions) - Professional responsibility for digitization and software projects in health institutions
- Active participation in projects (preparation, moderation, and follow-up of workshops; analysis and pragmatic further development of administrative and nursing processes; independent preparation of project, decision, and process documentation)
- Active stakeholder management
- Control and coordination of external partners and service providers
- Co-design and further development of a lean, pragmatic, and auditable project management in collaboration with the project management leadership
- Tertiary degree (HF, FH, university) as well as further training in project management (master's level degree advantageous)
- Several years of experience in project management in the Swiss healthcare system
- Very good project management method competence
- Broad understanding of administrative and nursing workflows and processes
- Experience in digitization and software implementation projects
- Ability to think beyond one’s own area of responsibility and develop sustainable, company-wide solutions
- Strong all-rounder mindset as well as clear hands-on mentality
- High independence and personal responsibility
- Entrepreneurial thinking and proactive topic acquisition
- Good communication and moderation skills
