From January 2026 (or by arrangement) we are looking for reinforcement: a landscape gardener with a green thumb and enthusiasm for hands-on work.
With us, you will independently take care of the maintenance and further development of the surrounding facilities of your settlements – according to ecological as well as economic principles. In short: you ensure that everywhere looks not only neat but also sustainably beautiful. It certainly won't be boring! Your knowledge and experience will be fully utilized in a varied range of tasks.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for planning, organizing, and executing garden maintenance and repair work as well as winter services.
- You maintain and service machines and equipment.
- You are responsible for coordinating and supervising external companies.
- You handle tenant concerns in collaboration with other departments.
- You coordinate and lead the part-time employees who support you with the outdoor work.
- You assist the team leader in preparing the settlement budgets.
- You provide your expertise in planning outdoor renovations, redesigns, and new installations.
Your profile
- Completed gardener training and several years of professional experience
- Organizational skills, good work methodology, and independent working style
- Strong customer orientation and social competence in daily interaction with our residents
- As a team player, you support your colleagues with advice and assistance
- Good MS Office skills and experienced in handling administrative tasks
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Category B driving license mandatory
