As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will take on the following tasks:
- Conducting technical inspections and assessments of aircraft engine assemblies to support one of our Engine Lines (GTF, LEAP, PW4000, CFM56) – on time and according to OEM specifications and Engineering Orders
- Creating repair orders for engines, modules, and individual parts
- Reviewing changes and modifications to components and assemblies
- Applying Lean Six Sigma methods (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis)
- Working independently with economic thinking and acting
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training, ideally as a polymechanic, automotive or agricultural machinery mechanic, or from another strongly mechanical/technical industry
- High self-motivation as well as precise and responsible working style
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Resilient and adaptable to changing requirements
- Confident handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Good English skills (at least level B2), German skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
