As part of the development of the Marketing, Sales and Communication activity area, we are offering a position for:
Mobility Product Manager
Your mission
You will contribute to the growth and acceleration of the company’s turnover, notably by managing and developing a portfolio of mobility services and products specific to tpg or partner operators, efficiently deploying all operational elements of it, and supporting commercial activity. You will energize the management of your portfolio by conducting market analyses, exploring customer needs, mastering pricing techniques and defining business models. You will structure your approach relying on software (SAP, CRM, etc.) and internal contractual and financial procedures.
Your main responsibilities
- Manage and develop the assigned portfolio of mobility services and products,
- manage the product lifecycle (creation, pricing, evolution, performance analysis, campaigns and promotional actions, etc.),
- ensure follow-up of relationships with operators in collaboration with the partnership manager,
- define business models related to the mobility product portfolio, in collaboration with other product managers,
- ensure the follow-up and implementation of the annual product marketing plan for the assigned portfolio,
- support the deployment and promotion of products internally, notably with sales, communication teams and business experts,
- lead projects related to products to accelerate their deployment,
- maintain active market watch through structured benchmarks and customer needs analyses.
Your profile
- HES or university level, mobility engineering with additional experience or marketing, product specialization,
- minimum 4 years of experience in product and/or service management, ideally related to mobility,
- high autonomy, proactivity and strong results orientation,
- excellent organization, rigor in file follow-up and respect of deadlines,
- mastery of basic project management principles,
- team spirit and sense of diplomacy,
- good communication skills (written and oral),
- interest in innovation, digital and mobility,
- legal knowledge and data protection a plus,
- perfect command of the French language, German is an asset.
