- Further development and maintenance of stress test tools, methodology, and complementary approaches for measuring and assessing risks
- Conducting stress tests, analyzing and benchmarking the results of various institutions, as well as reporting and communicating the results
- Further development and maintenance of guidelines for supervisory practice on regulatory stress tests, capital, and own funds risks
- Support in maintaining and further developing stress test scenarios
- Development, analysis, and review of reports and data collections
- Close cooperation with line supervision and other internal units to assess risks
- Completed university degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, or physics
- At least 5 years of professional experience in risk management or finance with knowledge of capital, stress tests, and risk modeling
- Good knowledge of the Basel minimum standards (Basel III final) and their implementation in Switzerland
- Solid programming skills, especially in Python and SQL
- Strong ability to understand complex issues and present them clearly, combined with a reliable, independent, and structured way of working
- Very good German or French skills (C2), good knowledge of the other language (B2), and good English skills (B2)
