What you'll be doing here
Develop and lead research projects using qualitative and quantitative methods to develop and investigate new AI-based systems
Active cooperation with international and national partners, both from science and practice
Designing and further developing existing prototypes (JavaScript, Python) and conducting experiments in the lab and in the field
Presentation of research results at international conferences and in renowned journals.
Contribute to the teaching and supervision of Master's students (e.g., Prompt Engineering)
What you'll bring with you
A Master's degree (university) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
Strong interest in interdisciplinary research and innovation (user-centered design, design thinking, web-based prototypes).
First experience in planning and implementing (research) projects.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Fluency in English (written and spoken), knowledge of German an advantage
