Summary
~The shift leader is responsible for leading his team to carry out production processes according to plan in compliance with HSE and GMP rules.
~Process Specialist / Equipment Specialist
~Perform assigned manufacturing tasks and activities according to the production schedule to enable timely production of products in quality and quantity in accordance with relevant GMP, safety, and environmental guidelines.
~GMP Documentation Specialist
~The GMP documentation specialist reviews and consolidates batch records after production to deliver them to quality assurance according to established deadlines and in the correct quality. The GMP documentation specialist enters data and checks transactions/declarations in the ERP system.

~ Engage and motivate the team and deliver strong results with an empowered team
~ Process Specialist
~ Participate in manufacturing processes
~ Shift supervision, team coordination planning, and support in the absence of shift leadership or missing shift leadership
Key Performance Indicators
~ Achieving plant KPIs
~ Personnel performance: satisfaction survey, execution of talent and development plans, technical training program available and executed, training data, talent acquisition and retention, succession plan for the manufacturing team available and robust.
~ Deadlines: adherence to production planning, timely execution of tasks
