You make it happen
- You are the face of the hotel and ensure a fun and warm welcome to our guests
- You support your team of Crew Members daily and lead by example
- You handle check-ins, check-outs, and all guest requests with style
- You make sure everything runs smoothly at the Front Office, even when things get intense
- You are the go-to person when it comes to deciding, organizing, and keeping the flow
What sets you apart
- Some initial experience in hospitality, ideally at the Front Office
- Natural leadership and a desire to help your team grow
- An open, social personality always focused on solutions
- Excellent skills in French and English (German = big plus)
- Flexibility: you love action, no matter the time or situation
