As a Sushi Chef/ Noohn Allrounder, you primarily work in our exclusive sushi bar and are responsible for the preparation and cooking of sushi creations at the highest level. If needed, you work in the sushi production kitchen or can take over the wok station.

• Preparation and cooking of all types of sushi and various other Japanese dishes
• Assistance in the sushi production kitchen as needed
• Assistance at the wok station as needed
• Creation of innovative, new dishes and fusion sushi
• Working in a kaiten - sushi bar
• A polished manner and good communication and advice for your customers

• Several years of experience as a sushi chef
• Reliability, resilience, flexibility
• A strong team spirit
• Excellent knowledge of Asian cuisine and culture
• Joy in preparing hot dishes
• Competence in the proper handling of fish and other foods
• Expertise in all types of sushi, including nigiri
• Several years of experience in service at a kaiten - sushi bar
• Passion as a host and natural communication with guests
• Good German and English
