Your tasks
- You coordinate disruptions on Windows/Linux servers as well as AD/Entra ID and Exchange (On-Prem & Online)
- You implement infrastructure upgrades and small projects (e.g., Citrix, WLAN, Workplace)
- You are the contact person for the central IAM system and construction management
- You provide 2nd-level support for assigned systems
- You are familiar with operations management so that you can act as a deputy
- You manage and control access rights for systems and applications
- You actively participate in IT projects – especially regarding system and hardware aspects
- You carry out life cycle management for the applications assigned to you
Your profile
- You have higher vocational training in computer science (university, university of applied sciences, college) or equivalent experience
- You have solid knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, AD/Entra ID, Exchange, Citrix, and networks
- You have experience coordinating infrastructure upgrades and small projects
- You are familiar with Azure Cloud Management and IAM systems
- You are proficient in using Jira and Confluence
- You speak German and English fluently; French is an advantage
- You work independently, solution-oriented, and enjoy working with people
