To complete the MSP team of our INOX workshop, we are looking for a Certified Socio-Professional Supervisor (M/F) at a 50% activity rate to support the workers.
Mission
You offer adapted support to develop autonomy and highlight the workers' abilities through creative and manual activities. You will be committed to expanding and maintaining their skills according to their individual project, needs, and desires. You will consolidate specialized sales activities and ensure their operation in synergy with your colleagues.
Responsibilities
Provide support related to the creation of objects intended for sale
Promote the integration of the worker through professional activity by contributing to the development and monitoring of their individual project
Ensure, through appropriate educational means and targeted activities, the acquisition of new social skills by the workers
Work interdisciplinarily respecting institutional policies
Promote the workshop and guarantee administrative tasks related to the workers and workshop management
Participate in educational reflections and orientations during interdisciplinary exchanges and actively collaborate with internal and external networks, families, and guardians
Promote and develop the Inox workshop
Desired Profile
Diploma as a certified socio-professional supervisor ES, social education ES-HES, or an equivalent recognized title is essential
Knowledge and interest in developing creative activities
Skills, motivation, and interest in designing and manufacturing marketable objects
Significant experience in supporting people with disabilities presenting intellectual disabilities with associated disorders
Experience in monitoring and managing a workshop
Strong interest in developing new educational actions
Ease in organizing and sharing tasks; ability to work in a team
Proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office programs
