Task
You will be part of a successful, young, and dynamic team. Your colleagues have completed technical as well as economic training. Your future team keeps an overview of the constant changes in the real estate market and advises investors and owners on strategic, economic, tax, and legal issues. We offer optimal solutions for real estate valuations, structuring and management of real estate transactions, also in the context of M&A, as well as for real estate-specific questions.
How you advance KPMG
- Support the development and implementation of software solutions in the area of real estate valuation and transaction
- Act as an interface between the real estate and IT departments
- Support the development of new real estate-related AI applications
- Prepare valuations of individual properties, real estate portfolios, and construction projects
- Support the structuring and process management of real estate transactions and thus contribute to successful implementation
- Advise our clients from various economic sectors on their real estate-related topics
Why you are successful
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in (business) computer science, economics, natural sciences, or (civil) engineering
- Interest in real estate, technology (e.g., data analytics, machine learning, AI), and digital trends in the real estate industry
- Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in the real estate or technology sector
- Excellent German and very good English skills, French is an advantage
- Programming skills are an advantage
