As part of your apprenticeship, you will join the kitchens of our Rolle site and prepare dishes for the patients of the EMS Les Jardins du Léman and the pneumology service, as well as for our staff. You will also participate in the preparation of dishes for special events.

In your new role, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks, including
o Main stations (e.g., entremetier, saucier)
o Plating and presentation of various dishes
o Preparation of dishes according to the seasons
o Collaboration in the meal distribution chain
o Application of the HACCP process (hygiene, freezing, quality)
Required profile:

o Live in our region
o Be able to handle irregular hours

Education level:
Mandatory VG school leaving certificate (preferably with good grades)
