Expert in Liability & Construction Damage (m/f/x) - 80-100%

To strengthen our P&C Department , which offers our clients high-level services in claims management , we are looking for an Expert in Liability & Construction Damage mainly for the La Côte - Geneva region.

The various tasks awaiting you:

• Carry out assigned tasks, mainly interviews with the parties involved (clients, insured, injured parties, authorities, etc.), as well as clarifications and on-site investigations
• Fully manage property and liability insurance files, in accordance with directives and instructions within your competencies
• Negotiate settlements and amicable solutions with lawyers, insured, injured parties, other insurers, etc.
• Organize technical expert assessments and collaborate with other inspectors and experts (internal or external)
• Provide technical support and participate in the ongoing training of internal service staff as well as agency employees
• Establish and maintain relationships with companies operating in your geographical area of expertise

What makes you unique:

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent, additional training and/or insurance specialist diploma (an important asset)
• Ideally previous experience as a claims inspector, alternatively proven professional experience in managing complex liability & construction claims
• Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office)
• Perfect command of spoken and written French
