With outreach, outpatient, and (partially) supervised services, the Jugendnetzwerk Foundation offers individual and flexible solutions for adolescents, young adults, and families. The services of the offerings - family activation – Start-Life Youth Housing – residential groups - complement each other effectively.
Start-Life Youth Housing is aimed at adolescents and young adults aged 16 – 25 who are in a problematic phase of life and temporarily rely on professional support. In the apartments provided by Jugendnetzwerk at the locations Zurich and Horgen, about 60 clients are currently individually accompanied and supported.
From January 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for: Head of Start-Life Youth Housing (80%)
As Head of Start-Life Youth Housing, you take responsibility for four specialist teams in Horgen and Zurich (approx. 20 professionals). You lead the team leaders and are responsible for the conceptual and methodological further development of the socio-pedagogical/psychosocial work as well as its implementation in everyday life. You shape the further development of our innovative offering within the framework of organizational development and take on budget responsibility.
From May 2026, we will move into our new headquarters in Zurich-Wiedikon – from there you will lead your teams in the future.
You have a diploma in social pedagogy/social work/psychology or a comparable degree as well as professional further training and several years of leadership experience in a comparable position. You bring extensive practical experience in working with adolescents and young adults to the leadership role. For you, leadership means providing your specialist teams with a framework in which professional and personal development is possible.
You enjoy contributing your broad expertise to interdisciplinary collaboration and helping to shape the corporate culture of Jugendnetzwerk at the leadership level. As an initiative personality, it is important to you to shape the development of the offering, initiate development steps, and actively involve your professionals.
