To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Health Specialist for the Psychiatry Department (60-100%)
Your tasks
- You work directly in psychiatric care and strengthen and promote our mentally ill clients in their resources and social contacts
- You support our clients and relatives in crisis situations, during the reintegration process, and in coping with everyday life according to the instructions of the responsible contact person
- You share responsibility for the care process and implement it according to the care plan
- You accompany our clients in psychiatric housekeeping, ensuring the target agreements and their implementation
- You identify needs between somatic and psychiatric services, including assignments in somatics in case of unclear service needs
Your skills
- Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ
- You must have professional experience as a Health Specialist in psychiatry
- You are an open and flexible personality who enjoys engaging with people
- You bring good communication skills and confident handling of mobile care documentation (smartphone)
- You think in a networked way, work independently and responsibly
- You actively participate in the development of care
- Driver's license category B or willingness to be mobile with an e-bike
