<p><strong>Your main task </strong>is the holistic care and support of our clients at night. You manage the electronic nursing documentation (Perigon) and monitor all processes. You always have an open ear for the relatives and are in exchange with doctors and other interdisciplinary partners. <br /><br /><br /> </p>
