Evangelical Reformed Church Community Thierachern Thierachern - Uebeschi - Uetendorf We are a lively church with diverse offerings. As our employee is retiring, we are looking for a successor as sexton and caretaker from December 1, 2025, or by arrangement
(80% workload, job sharing possible) in the church and in the Pfruendschüür Thierachern. As a friendly and committed person, you gladly take on a host function and ensure a pleasant atmosphere. Your tasks:
  • Accompanying all events in the church (services, funerals, weddings, concerts) as well as contact person for events in the Pfruendschüür
  • responsible for decoration
  • operation and maintenance of technical systems.
  • independent completion of minor maintenance and repair work
  • responsible for cleaning the rooms and caring for the outdoor area Requirements:
  • Interest and involvement in church life
  • flair for technical tasks, manual skills
  • reliable, team-oriented, independent and creative
  • flexible and willing to work on weekends, holidays and evenings (annual working time model)
  • open attitude in dealing with people of all ages
