Genolier Patient Services is recruiting an International Patient Coordinator to strengthen its team based at the Genolier Clinic, Vaud.

As an International Patient Coordinator, you play a central role at the heart of the patient journey. You are the privileged contact for patients and internal teams, ensuring the overall and smooth coordination of medical stays, from the first contact to discharge. This position requires rigor, a service mindset, and strong coordination skills in an international context.
Job Description
Complete coordination of the international patients' journey, from first contact to discharge
Organization and scheduling of medical appointments, examinations, and stays (outpatient or inpatient)
Welcoming international patients, presenting the clinic, and on-site follow-up
Central interface between patients, medical, administrative, and hospitality teams
Administrative follow-up of patient files, including updating documents, quotes, and service offers, in coordination with the relevant internal departments
Continuous and professional communication with patients and international intermediaries (agencies, consulates, embassies)
Contribution to the loyalty and development of the international patient base
Qualifications
Experience in a clinical, hospital, or medical environment recommended, or significant experience in high-end hospitality with an international clientele
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Strong sense of service and human relations
Ease in interpersonal relations in a multicultural context
Ability to work in a team while demonstrating autonomy and responsibility
Professional proficiency in French and English; any other language is an asset
