Start of work: Immediately or by arrangement
- Management and coordination of the central point of contact for space and room planning, procurement, and interface management
- Responsibility for optimizing room planning processes
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
- Personnel management of 3 employees
- Facility Management HF or comparable training
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in operations and infrastructure management
- Project management experience
- Digital skills (handling various tools and software, optimizing and further developing existing digital solutions)

The "Infrastructure and Operations" team belongs to the staff and has the following tasks:
• ensures that all events (Bachelor, Master, continuing education, events, etc.) can take place in the appropriate rooms
• acts as a central procurement office and is responsible for ordering hardware and software as well as office supplies for internal employees and ensures that materials are used efficiently and effectively
• is responsible for smooth internal processes such as parking and mail services
• takes care of security issues in the buildings
• leads strategically important projects for the further development of the department, e.g., long-term improvements of the infrastructure
