What awaits you
- In this exciting role, you support our generalist salespeople (external and internal) during sales interviews and provide knowledgeable and sustainable advice, peer to peer, to partners, integrators, and end customers, both in person and remotely.
- You assess the feasibility of projects, develop and validate complex offers. You also take responsibility for the technical quality as well as the project conversion rate, directly influencing their success and revenue.
- You actively maintain relationships with manufacturers and technology partners, quickly identify market opportunities, and ensure rigorous project execution through precise data management in our commercial tools (CRM, ERP, etc.).
- Thanks to continuous training and relevant certifications, you keep your knowledge up to date and apply it during targeted marketing campaigns, events, as well as internal or partner-dedicated training sessions.
- You facilitate customer registration for partnership programs and apply your solid understanding of manufacturer tools.
- You collaborate closely with various departments and demonstrate great autonomy in the defined area of expertise, always respecting the current internal guidelines and competencies.
What you bring
- A completed basic education in the technical or commercial field, supplemented by corresponding continuing education in marketing, sales, or at a specialized higher education institution, as well as solid qualifications in the ICT sector.
- Two to three years of professional experience in consulting, sales, or project management, ideally in the physical security field (Axis, 2N, Hanwha Vision, Genetec, Suprema).
- A strong network in the physical security field as well as extensive experience as an account manager, especially in customer relationship management and the development of complex offers and contracts.
- Proven experience in advising and implementing comprehensive solutions in the physical security field, as well as proficiency in IT infrastructures and common commercial tools such as CRM and ERP systems.
- Excellent command of French spoken and written, good knowledge of German spoken and written, and good knowledge of English.
- Your confidence in interactions, excellent communication skills, and analytical thinking ability form the basis of a structured and solution-oriented work approach.
- You demonstrate great autonomy, a good team spirit, and a strong interest in technology and innovation.
- You are ready to dedicate up to 60% of your time to field service.
