To strengthen the application development team in the Pension domain of our client, we are looking for a Business Analyst whose main mission will be to collect and translate business needs into technical-functional specifications.
Size of the team the consultant will join: 8 people
Mission objective
Ensure the implementation of the applications necessary for the management of benefits and transversal functions of the Pension domain, notably through a detailed analysis of needs, coordination of stakeholders, and monitoring the quality and efficiency of deployed solutions.
Responsibilities
• Identify and gather stakeholders' needs, document them as clear requirements
• Translate business needs into application solutions and contribute to writing user stories
• Support developers during implementation phases to ensure proper understanding of needs
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint plannings, reviews, retrospectives)
• Define acceptance criteria for deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Participate in testing phases (writing test cases, execution, anomaly tracking)
• Support users during the acceptance and deployment phases.
Requirements
Must Have :
• Skills in business needs analysis (functional and non-functional requirements) and in writing user stories, functional specifications, and test plans
• Mastery of agile methodologies, collaboration and project management tools (MS Teams, Confluence, Jira)
Nice to Have :
• Knowledge of business processes and regulations specific to the insurance domain, ideally in the Pension domain.
• Knowledge of development and deployment processes on Java/Angular stacks or similar
Education and Certifications
• Business analysis certifications are considered an additional asset.
Qualifications
• Seniority: confirmed (between 5 and 8 years) or senior (+8 years)
Soft skills
• Situational leadership to facilitate decision-making
• Ability to evolve in rapidly changing environments
• Proactivity in information seeking and autonomous decision-making
Languages: French and at least B2 level English

We are looking for a consultant living in Switzerland or nearby (we consider the work/home distance)
