Deputy Director of the Health and Social Division of the CPNE at 90%
- CPNE102
- The CPNE is the reference actor for professional training offers in the canton of Neuchâtel. We offer training and support at different levels of professional training (initial training, higher education, and continuing education).
As a member of the management team, you provide support to the director in leading and organizing activities, as well as in monitoring educational tasks and applying CPNE-2S regulations.
You are responsible for four AFP and CFC tracks in the health field. In this capacity, you implement training and plan the school year in collaboration with training coordinators, ensuring the quality of teaching and the application of training plans.
You participate in the recruitment of teachers, organize replacements, monitor student progress, and take part in establishing and then monitoring the budget while considering set constraints.
You carry out your activities in accordance with the guidelines and processes outlined in the integrated Quality-Environment-Safety (QES) system and contribute to its development.
Finally, you complete your role as deputy director by taking on a 10% teaching load, thus constituting a full-time position including the deputy director role.
Holder of a HES or ES level degree in a health field complemented by a pedagogical diploma for vocational education, you have solid experience in team leadership and teaching at the secondary level 2.
Equipped with excellent organizational and planning skills, you are autonomous and able to carry out your tasks rigorously, even under pressure.
Additionally, you have a very good level of French, demonstrate great interpersonal skills, and can easily integrate into a management team. To enhance your skills, you are willing to follow the training in management of training institutions (FORDIF) while working.
You live in Switzerland in accordance with the legal requirements for public office holders.
