Personnel and professional leadership of 3 directly and approximately 19 indirectly subordinate employees
Responsibility for uniform and consistent processing of debt collection orders as well as tax waiver requests, ensuring compliance with higher-level regulations
Supporting employees in decision-making and enforcement of complex debt collection cases, conducting demanding conversations
Drafting orders, objection decisions, and professional statements
Responsibility for the department's financial matters (bookkeeping, closings, budgeting), support in projects as needed

Profile

Higher business administration education or similar, further training and experience in debt collection advantageous
Several years of leadership experience
Experience in tax law advantageous
Willingness to support and actively shape change processes
Fluent in German (spoken/written), French spoken, English advantageous
