We are one of the last three "Gasthof Ochsen" in Switzerland with an in-house butcher shop owned by the family. "Meat enjoyment with family tradition" is lived daily by us.

Our 4* hotel has 35 modern rooms, a restaurant with a guest lounge, Ermitage and Birseck lounges, our "village terrace" and 2 banquet halls.

Our specialties are newly interpreted classics and Butchers Cut. In our own pâtisserie, wonderful dessert creations are made. Since 2024, we have been listed with 13 points at Gault & Millau.

We are looking for a

Chef de Partie m/f from April or by arrangement

You bring the following:

• Completed training as a cook EFZ
• Experience in independently managing a station
• High quality standards and clean, structured working methods
• Resilient, committed, and team-oriented personality
• German as a native language or very good German skills
