As a manager within the team responsible for the France International market, based in Geneva, you will be tasked with developing client relationships, providing a tailored client experience, and mobilizing available resources to deliver solutions that integrate all dimensions of wealth management.
Your role
- Build and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) clients based in the French market.
- Manage each relationship by ensuring the establishment of a complete client profile as well as the rigorous administration of accounts.
- Meet existing and potential clients, prepare meetings, and ensure follow-up.
- Propose and implement suitable investment products, banking services, and estate and succession planning, utilizing all internal resources (including investment specialists, estate planning, and credit specialists).
- Ensure that the products and services offered align with the clients' objectives and needs.
- Monitor portfolios and conduct performance reviews.
- Stay updated on market news and developments, and understand their impact on clients' portfolios.
- Establish close and fruitful collaboration with other services and offices within the Group.
- Adhere to a strong compliance culture, strictly respect legal and regulatory provisions as well as internal guidelines and procedures, and ensure optimal risk management.
- Possess the necessary knowledge for the effective application of all applicable rules and ensure fair treatment of all clients.
- Conduct all activities in compliance with Pictet's mission and core values, demonstrating a high level of competence and a strong professional conscience.
Your profile
- University degree with a master's; postgraduate diploma such as MBA, CIIA, or CFA: an asset.
- At least 7 to 10 years of experience in business development in the wealth management field.
- Ability to develop a portfolio of HNW clients based in the relevant market.
- Very good knowledge of concepts related to investments, banking services, and complex structures (particularly portfolio structuring, asset allocation, discretionary management, securities account management, portfolio reviews, deposit and credit solutions, complex structures, and identifying opportunities related to estate planning).
- Entrepreneurial spirit, solution-oriented attitude, and proactivity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and mastery of presentation techniques.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Rigorous work ethic, in line with Pictet's values and collegial culture.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Residence in Switzerland required (for candidates residing abroad: willingness to relocate to Switzerland).
