Your new tasks
- Systematic fault diagnosis on mechanical, electronic, and control technology components
- Use of the TIA‑Portal for analysis, optimization, adjustment, or expansion of production systems
- Identification of process deviations and implementation of sustainable optimization and improvement measures
- Close cooperation with engineering, production, and automation to stabilize processes
- Support in condition monitoring, root cause analyses (Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why), and continuous improvement process (KVP) measures
- Execution of maintenance and repair work as well as implementation of planned maintenance strategies
- Completed technical vocational training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation, or mechanics. Further training is an advantage
- Several years of experience in troubleshooting and process analysis in an industrial production environment
- Good knowledge of Siemens TIA‑Portal (PLC analysis, diagnosis, adjustments)
- Broad expertise in electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and ideally automation technology
- Analytical, structured working style and enjoyment of in-depth fault analysis
- High initiative, team orientation, and willingness to work flexible hours
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; any additional language is an advantage
