- Act as contact for billing inquiries from both internal and external parties.
Skills
- Commercial, medical, or pharmaceutical training; experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Swiss DRG and TARMED is advantageous.
- Flexibility, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential.

Your role at a glance
- You ensure that everything is billed correctly, transparently, and on time – according to agreed and tariff regulations
- Maintenance of patient master data – data refresh for easier work
- Obtaining cost approvals
- Control, supplement, and clarify missing services
- Create invoices and process feedback quickly
- Contact person for billing questions – internally and externally
- Communication with service providers and patients
- Use of SAP/IS-H and Ibicare
Your profile
- Commercial, medical, or pharmaceutical training or equivalent
- Experience with Swiss DRG, TARMED is an advantage
- Experience in inpatient hospital billing, nursing home processing is a plus
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is welcome
- Flexibility, teamwork, organizational talent, and service orientation
