Your new job

Counseling and support in difficult life situations
Responsible for the targeted alignment of social assistance benefits
Creative development of individual target agreements with clients
Active shaping of perspectives for social and economic integration
Intensive networking with professionals, authorities, institutions

Your qualification

Motivating, empathetic, and conflict-capable personality
Training in social work or related fields
Authentic and convincing appearance towards clients, authorities, and partners
Professional advice based on impact- and goal-oriented approaches
Good PC skills and understanding of administrative processes
Knowledge of the Swiss social security system and cantonal social assistance law is an advantage
