At four locations in Switzerland, we employ over 60 people in the areas of commercial vehicles, construction machinery, bodywork, paint shop, and signage.

For our team in Bassersdorf, we are looking for a committed leader to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks – clear, responsible, future-oriented:
- Top-level customer service: You are the first point of contact for our customers – service-oriented, professional, and solution-driven.
- Team leadership & employee management: You take over the professional management of our reception and are in close contact with the chief mechanic. You skillfully apply your leadership skills with commitment and passion.
- Deployment planning & resource management: Together with the chief mechanic, you plan the optimal deployment of personnel, workshop capacities, and materials. You also manage the spare parts warehouse and keep inventory under control.
- Damage management & cost transparency: You coordinate diagnosis and damage assessment and prepare comprehensible, transparent cost estimates.
- Training & promotion of young talent: You are committed to the training of our apprentices – in close cooperation with the apprenticeship supervisor.
This is part of your profile
- Completed training as automotive mechatronics technician for commercial vehicles, automotive specialist, or in a comparable technical profession
- Experience in a leading role in customer service, as a workshop manager, or in a similar leadership position in the service sector
- Confident handling of IT systems, especially MS Office and ideally industry-specific software
- Strong customer understanding and a good sense for individual customer needs
- You bring leadership skills, motivation, and team orientation – you succeed in inspiring an experienced team and delivering top performance in workshop and customer service together
