We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement!

• Care and support of our clients
• Resource-oriented and holistic work
• Implementation of medically prescribed measures

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent professional training
• Preferably experience in outpatient care
• Independent and responsible work
• Understanding and joy in dealing with people in need of support
• Patience, sensitivity, and a good sense of humor
• Driver's license category B
• Good knowledge of German

• At least 5 weeks of vacation
