Quality Manager 40 – 60%
With your extensive practical experience, you ensure a lively, effective QM system. Suitable software and professional exchange within the Spitex Association Thurgau support you in this. If desired, you can also take on this role in addition to your work as a nursing professional.
You work closely with the quality officer and, as a member of the management, represent the concerns of nursing and quality together with the nursing expert. In addition, you act as deputy in the core services management committee. With your empathetic manner, you create structures that give employees security and provide our clients with the best possible care.
Your Tasks
- Create, maintain, and evaluate concepts, standards, and guidelines
- Ensure documentation quality and support in complex case discussions
- Deputy head of the core services committee and deputy head of nursing
- Responsibility for the continuous improvement process
- Analyze nursing processes and initiate optimizations
- Promote the professional development of all employees and a learning-oriented culture
- Train and advise our nursing professionals on quality standards according to the Spitex Q-Manual
- Strengthen a client-centered nursing culture
Your Profile
- BScN Nursing FH / HF with QM further training (ideally Dipl. Quality Manager NDS HF)
- Several years of professional experience in outpatient care or healthcare
- Leadership experience as well as interest in strategic and organizational issues
- Sound knowledge in quality development, process management, and evidence-based practice
- Very good German skills, analytical thinking, and structured, implementation-strong working style
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- Resilience, prioritization, solution-oriented and reliable action
- Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and change processes
