What you will achieve
<ul><li data-mce-="">User support 1st level</li><li data-mce-="">Administration of the Office 365 environment</li><li data-mce-="">Responsible for client engineering with Intune </li><li data-mce-="">Monitoring and administration of network and telephony </li><li data-mce-="">Ensuring that all systems are up to date with patches and/or comply with internal IT security policies</li><li data-mce-="">Ensuring documentation in your own area</li><li data-mce-="">Participation in IT projects</li></ul>
What you bring
<ul><li>Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification</li><li>Solid knowledge of the Microsoft platform (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policy, O365, etc.)</li><li>Desirable knowledge in some of the following technologies: Intune, network technologies, firewall, IoT</li><li>Strong service orientation, high independence, and personal responsibility</li><li>Teamwork skills, quick comprehension, and a structured way of working</li></ul>
