Specialist in Operation of Ice and Water Facilities

About the job

• You support the department management in the daily work of operational operations (technical research and preparation of specialist topics, contract management, preparation of applications, reporting, as well as guest communication).
• You are responsible for conceptual tasks in construction projects and commissioning (operating and usage concepts, profitability calculations, basic documents, support of procurement processes).
• You support the management teams of the facilities in the increasing digitalization of plant technology and in complex operational or technical projects and undertakings (including leading task forces if needed).
• You are responsible for the systematic implementation and gradual further development of the operational software "Sambesi" on the facilities (including the necessary training and support of employees).
• You are responsible for the successful implementation and operation of additional supplementary uses on the ice and water facilities (e.g., mobile saunas, Weyermannshaus ski lift, summer uses of artificial ice rinks, etc.).

• University of applied sciences degree ideally in business administration and/or technical environment or basic technical-craft training with further business administration education
• Experience in managing complex projects and demanding tasks ideally in a technical environment
• Management and leadership experience (project management, task forces) – ideally know-how in the field of ice and water facilities
• Very good user knowledge of common IT programs (MS)
