Your tasks:
- Ensuring the operational spare parts supply for the service organization (service technicians, S-Plus warehouse)
- Recording and processing orders, monitoring delivery dates
- Interface function regarding spare parts issues between the service organization and supporting departments such as logistics, procurement, quality, and product management
- Processing service technicians' entries/exits in SAP & MS Access
- Managing delivery schedules in SAP
- Interface function with external transport partners
- Continuous improvement and documentation of processes, workflows, and data
What we expect:
- Commercial or technical basic training with several years of professional experience (preferably in the heating industry)
- Technical flair
- Experience in spare parts management / logistics
- Good MS Office and ERP knowledge (SAP)
- Proactive, communicative, and solution-oriented personality with good organizational skills
- Native German speaker, good French skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
