The Office for Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy of the Canton of Thurgau is a central service provider within the Cantonal Administration of Thurgau with its five district debt enforcement offices and five district peace judge offices as well as the bankruptcy office.
The office employs around 100 staff, apprentices, and interns in the three specialist areas. To complement the office management in Frauenfeld, we are looking for as of December 1, 2025, or by arrangement, a:
Your area of responsibility
- Creation and maintenance of process descriptions, instructions, and templates in the office, including legal review and coordination with the specialist departments
- Responsibility for requirements management as well as compliance with legal and internal regulations
- Management of digital platforms
- Digitalization officer of the Department of Justice and Security, representation in committees as well as support and control of digitalization projects
- Conducting business analyses and professional support in the implementation of the office's strategy and the Digital Administration Thurgau
- Support of the office management in cross-sectional tasks, including annual financial statements, accountability reports, legal clarifications, and consultations
You bring with you - skills with which you help shape our future
- Education and training in law or business law, business informatics, business administration / organizational consulting
- Professional knowledge in law (focus on SchKG)
- Professional experience in business analysis or a comparable function
- Curiosity about complex issues as well as enthusiasm for conceptual tasks and working in partly interdisciplinary teams
- Solution-oriented, independent, and proactive personality
- Teamwork skills, determination, commitment, and quick comprehension
- Very good IT skills (MS Office, Excel, Visio, Web, etc.)
- Interesting and varied business analyst position in the staff of the office management within the cantonal administration and in the project environment
