Früh Verpackungstechnik AG is a successful Swiss industrial company based in Fehraltorf with around 700 employees. We are a leading contract packer as well as a manufacturer of flexible packaging solutions for medical technology and pharmaceutical products.

We are looking to strengthen our team in Fehraltorf with a: 

Your role with us:

• Setting up the assigned bag machines according to the specification documents
• Operating the assigned machines to produce the bagsaccording to the specification documents as well as documented processing of the order
• Performing in-process controls according to specification documents
• Reporting deviations and quality issues
• Assisting in optimizing workflows
• Practical introduction and support of candidates and trainees
• Monitoring the production process and product quality while complying with guidelines, instructions, and applicable safety and hygiene regulations
• Resolving minor functional malfunctions

• Completed vocational training or professional experience with a mechanical background is desirable
• Technical understanding and manual skills are essential
• Independent, reliable, and precise working style
• Team-oriented, responsible, and resilient personality
• You appreciate the advantages of working hours in a regulated 2-shift system
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form (level B2)
