Ilgenmoos is one of three institutions of the foundation and offers housing options and a day structure for 32 clients with comprehensive cognitive and multiple disabilities and challenging behavior. In the areas of housing, day structure, everyday design, care, and therapy, about 75 employees are committed to quality of life and participation in all phases of life.
As of September 1, 2025 or by arrangement, we are looking for a position in Effretikon
Team Leader Housing (80-100% workload, between Mon-Sun)
These are your tasks
- Leading a residential group team
- Ensuring resource-oriented support for clients in their daily lives
- Participation in daily care and support
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and networking with other areas within the institution, with relatives, legal guardians, doctors, and external offices
- Maintaining client documentation
What you bring with you:
- Degree as a social pedagogue HF/FH or specialist in care (FaBe) specializing in disability care or health specialist (FaGe) or nursing specialist HF/FH
- Leadership experience
- Observational skills and joy in appreciative support of people
- Reliability, high resilience, and balanced personality
- Willingness to work irregular hours
