Responsibilities:
Management of the planning department for demanding carpentry work
Organizing personnel and capacity planning within the team
Management of cost control including post-calculations
Coordination of purchasing and conducting negotiations with suppliers
Further development of standards, processes, and structures within the own area
Active shaping of strategy and future as a member of the executive management

Requirements:
Trained carpenter with a federal certificate (EFZ)
Completed further education as project manager, technician HF, or master carpenter
Gathering leadership experience through learning by doing
Strong desire to enter leadership with broad entrepreneurial thinking

High initiative and resilience
