Your area of responsibility includes:
Setting up and operating CNC lathes of the machine types Tornos CT20, Tornos GT13 and/or Star SB20 and Hanwha for the production of precision turned parts
Quality control of parts using modern optical and tactile measuring devices
Planning, controlling and monitoring the production parts
Carrying out series releases
Creating the tool list and program flow plans
Monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes
To be successful in this position, you have the following qualifications and skills:
Completed basic training as a polymechanic EFZ
Machine knowledge of one or more of the following machine types: Tornos CT20, Tornos GT13 and/or Star SB20 or Hanwha.
Control knowledge (type: Fanuc), knowledge in ISO programming
Good professional experience in measurement and testing technology and in reading drawings (form and positional tolerances)
Dexterity for complex turned parts
Networked thinking and understanding of technical contexts
Quality- and goal-oriented action as well as solution-oriented thinking
Good German skills at least A2 and team player
