For the Baden Outpatient Clinic, we are looking for you as of April 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Tasks
- You provide outpatient case management for patients (with a medical background)
- You recognize emergency and crisis situations, support the patients, and initiate the necessary coping and treatment steps in consultation with the medical background
- You perform networking work with referring agencies, relatives, employers, and specialist offices
- You are responsible for ordering and depot injections
- You see yourself as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team and work with various professional groups (doctors, psychologists, social workers, etc.)
- You document your services and take on administrative tasks
Profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse FH/HF with psychiatric experience (preferably in the social psychiatric environment)
- Enjoyment of multifaceted work with patients
- Enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
- Good role understanding in case management as well as the ability to reflect
- Independent working style and flexibility
