If you are looking for a position where you can truly make an impact and grow in a forward-looking company, we invite you to strengthen our team as a Production Planner 100% (m/f/d) We are looking for a dedicated and structured personality as a Production Planner (m/f/d) 100%, who will take responsibility for the efficient planning and control of our production processes. The position is preferably based at the headquarters in Schönenbuch (Basel) and offers the opportunity to actively contribute to the optimization and further development of our production processes. Your tasks - diverse and responsible - Coordination of the production workflow or development of an efficient production planning based on existing master data - Planning and prioritization of production orders to ensure maximum performance and minimal delays - Determining the necessary resources such as workforce, equipment, and raw materials to meet production needs
  • Monitoring production orders to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
  • Increasing production efficiency
  • Creating and submitting status and performance reports as well as maintaining the corresponding documentation
  • Reviewing, recording, and maintaining relevant master data
  • Participating in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
  • Assisting in the implementation of a new ERP system Your profile - Competent and committed
  • Qualification as a production specialist with federal diploma advantageous
  • Commercial or technical basic training, Technical merchant
  • At least 3 years of experience as a production planner in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or chemistry
  • Experience with ERP systems (MES, MRP, and SCADA advantageous) regarding operation,
Requirements and implementation
  • Good knowledge of mathematics and statistics
  • Languages: German native or very good, English good knowledge m/s
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills as well as excellent
communication skills
