As Head IT Assets, Funds & Pensions, you take on a key role in the further development and modernization of our IT services. Together with the business and your DevOps teams, you design innovative and future-oriented solutions for the areas of assets and pensions (investment solutions, pension foundations (including "frankly"), fund business, securities processing, financial market data) of Zürcher Kantonalbank. By integrating core banking systems and in-house developments based on modern technologies, using innovative solutions such as cloud services, microservices architectures, and DevOps approaches, you ensure that the application landscape of Zürcher Kantonalbank is stable, secure, and scalable. You work closely with your stakeholders to optimally implement their requirements.

Your tasks
- Taking overall responsibility for multiple teams and ensuring effective collaboration as well as successful implementation of portfolio and departmental goals
- Shaping the IT landscape for our self-developed and integrated applications and driving continuous renewal and optimization of development technologies and methodologies
- Advising our stakeholders regarding IT requirements and ensuring optimal support of business processes
- Responsibility for the operation and further development of our applications and technologies in the areas of assets and pensions
- Forward-looking and strategic planning of skills and competencies with a clear focus on the product and technology roadmap
- Personnel, financial, and professional leadership of six team leaders and a division of a total of 130 employees
Your profile
- Completed studies (Master's degree or equivalent) in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable education and several years of leadership experience in the financial industry
- Deep IT knowledge as well as expertise in modern development technologies and methods
- Several years of practical experience in the financial sector, preferably in the areas of assets and pensions
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to convey complex issues clearly
- Solution-oriented thinking and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
- Agile mindset, high commitment, and a pronounced service orientation
