Our desired profile

• Several years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally from the hotel industry, luxury segment or upscale retail
• Passion for first-class service as well as a strong customer orientation
• Persuasiveness and confident appearance – with style and professionalism
• Completed technical and/or commercial apprenticeship
• High willingness to provide service, flexibility and initiative
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with demanding customers
• Flawless German skills as well as very good English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
