Our long-standing HR Business Partner is retiring after many years of service. For her successor, we are looking for an inspiring and committed personality who, together with our on-site HR Service Partner, supports employees and managers, clearly shapes processes, and actively helps shape our HR future.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for all HR processes in your area – from entry to exit
• You ensure that guidelines and processes are lived in everyday work
• You ensure reliable and professional personnel administration (excluding payroll)
• You are the contact person for managers and employees in all HR matters
• You manage absence management and support employees in discussions
• You work closely with HR management and actively contribute to projects that shape our future

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with further education in HRM (HR specialist certificate or equivalent)
• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an industrial environment
• A solution-oriented, assertive, and at the same time flexible manner
• Enjoy working with people from different cultures and levels – with a lot of sensitivity
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and HR IT systems (Abacus is a plus)
• English skills at B2 level
