What you will move with us:

• Leading the production area with special attention to the high quality requirements of our customers as well as the economic efficiency and flexibility of production
• Ensuring the timely completion of orders (with the best possible utilization of the equipment) and optimal personnel planning in close coordination with those responsible
• Optimizing manufacturing processes
• Order-related work in the ERP system
• Leading a team of about 10-15 employees including responsibility for personnel development and qualification of employees
• Promoting continuous improvement, efficiency, and flexibility of all workflows in series production
• Creating reports in your area of responsibility

Your profile – your toolbox for Biotta:

• You have completed a basic EFZ training in food technology as well as further training at HF or FH level?
• You are a strong leadership personality with a clear and consistent leadership style?
• You are a team-oriented, decisive, and performance-ready personality?
• You have a pronounced hands-on mentality, high independence, dynamism, and result orientation?
• Helping out at the equipment during bottlenecks is a matter of course for you?
• Safety in the operation is important to you?
• You have initial contact points in the area of Operational Excellence/TPM/Lean?
