Your new role
You are responsible for building maintenance and control of building technology and security systems, monitoring the building management system, and organizing the cleaning of the buildings. You independently carry out small repairs and accompany external craftsmen during repair and renovation work. As a safety officer, you are a member of the Town Hall / Secondary Station intervention group. With your service orientation and customer friendliness, you make an important contribution to the good image of the city administration. You ensure the smooth operation of the business on weekends when elections, votes, and weddings take place.
This position is for you if
- You have several years of experience in building maintenance, have completed training as a caretaker with a federal certificate of competence, and are willing to continue your professional development.
- You enjoy leading staff and support and promote your employees in their daily work.
- You are proactive and like to achieve and shape things together with others.
- You can build good relationships with various internal and external stakeholders through your high social competence.
- You enjoy communicating with others in writing and orally and see yourself as a service provider.
