To strengthen our "Corporate Health Services" brand, specialized in occupational health, we are looking for an Occupational Health Specialist (80-100%) for the French-speaking region. Your mission will be to promote our services and support companies in implementing concrete solutions to improve well-being at work.
Your tasks:
- Monitoring and supporting employees in managing absences
- Managing health lines for French-speaking Switzerland
- Developing and conducting training in the health field (nutrition, sleep, digital awareness…)
- Supporting employees in difficult situations and preventing work stoppages
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative health analyses, exploiting statistical data, and writing reports
- Care and case management
- Mediation, trusted person and/or conflict management is a plus
- Contributing to the development of the CHS brand (sales and promotion)
Your profile:
- Occupational psychologist or equivalent training, open to profiles in health or support, with skills in prevention and data analysis.
- Training in mediation, trusted person is a plus
- Proven professional experience in occupational health, with training in psychology, nursing, or related field.
- Fluency in French and Italian is a strong asset, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of labor law and social insurance is an asset
- Proficiency in common computer tools (MS Office)
